Registration Dates

Early Bird Registration: Ends May 17, 2023

Regular: May 18 - June 21, 2023

Late: June 22 – onsite

 

  • Please complete the Contact Information completely and accurately. During registration, you will have the option to register up to three (3) attendees.
  • Waiver Statements/Terms and Conditions: Please read this information thoroughly. When registering multiple attendees, all registrants/attendees are agreeing to the wavier statement/ terms and conditions.
  • Attendee Information:
    • Please complete this registration information in its entirety, and make sure that name, badge name, email address, and personal data are accurate for each attendee.
  • Registration and Concurrent Workshop Sessions:
    • All conference registrations will incur a 21% Value Added Tax (VAT) noted in Euros.
    • The Preconference Course and the Drinks & Barbeque Party event sessions are an additional cost. Please select either or both of these if you want to add these sessions to your registration.
  • Registration Confirmation:
    • Please review your registration information before proceeding to the payment page.
    • The registration total is listed in U.S. Dollars. Please use a currency converter to check the Euro equivalents to the U.S. Dollar, the total is listed on your registration summary.
    • Once your payment is accepted, a registration confirmation will be sent to you by email.
    • Retain the receipt as proof of payment.  Check the VAT CALCULATOR for VAT fees.
