When can I register?

What is the cost of registration?

Where is the registration desk located and what are the hours?
SIDM’s Registration Desk is located on Level 3 Lakeside Foyer.
What is included in the cost of my registration?
- As a full conference registered attendee, you receive entrance to all CME and non-CME sessions, QI Summit, Patient Summit, coffee breaks, lunch on Monday, October 9, and Welcome Reception on Monday, October 9 (unless otherwise posted).
- Patient Summit Only registration receives access to the Patient Summit only. All other ancillary events are not available to this category.
- One Day registered attendees receive access to all CME and non-CME sessions, and other ancillary events occurring on the day of attendance.
Can I make changes to my registration?
Yes, you can make changes to your registration, you will need to reference your registration confirmation and use the unique registration number provided to make any changes.
Can I purchase the SIDM 2nd Annual Awards Dinner and Fundraiser Tickets Onsite?
Yes, tickets can be purchased onsite, the cost of a ticket is $175 onsite and the final date to purchase a ticket onsite is Monday, October 9 by 12 pm Eastern.
Can I bring a guest and what is the cost?
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes, you can cancel your registration before September 8, 2023. Please reference the cancellation policy.
SIDM2023 Cancellation Policy – If, for any reason, you would like to cancel your registration, please send a cancellation request via email to CTE. Any cancellation requests received before September 8, 2023, shall be refunded, less an administrative processing fee of $75. All refund requests received on or after September 8, 2023, will be forfeited.
Are Attendee substitutions allowed?
Attendee substitutions can be made without a fee, by contacting the registration team at SIDM2023registration@improvediagnosis.org. Substitution requests must be received by September 8, 2023.

Are there special hotel room rates available for attendees?
Yes, there are negotiated room rates.
Single/Double: $209 per night (17.5% taxes)
The first night's room deposit and tax will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation. The deadline to receive this special room is September 14, 2023, 11:59 pm EST. Reservations are accepted online only. Reserve Now
How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?
Reference your hotel confirmation, visit the Passkey website and click on manage existing registration to make any reservation adjustments.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
To cancel your hotel reservation, visit the website and click on existing reservations to cancel your hotel room.
Under your reservation details, look for the cancellation policy.
Health and Safety
What is SIDM’s Health and Safety Policy?
SIDM will continue to watch the changing policies in Cleveland and will monitor the health and safety guidelines in accordance with U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
How is the hotel (Hilton Cleveland Downtown) managing health and safety?
The Hilton Hotel has taken extra health and hygiene measures to ensure your safety is their priority. Visit the Hilton’s website to learn more.
Will masks be available for attendees?
Yes, masks will be available for conference attendees.
Will hand sanitizer be available throughout the event space?
Yes, hand sanitizer will be available in designated meeting space areas.
Program
Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive on site?
Yes, you can view the sessions by going to the Schedule-at-a-Glance.
How can I attend a pre-conference course?
- Select the QI Summit in the options when you register as a full-conference attendee.
- No other pre-conferences offered.
Who can attend the Welcome Reception?
Anyone who is registered for the full conference can attend the Welcome Reception.
How many CE credit hours are available?
More information about CME credits is coming soon.
How do I receive CE credits for attending sessions?
To receive CE credits for attending a session, attendees will be required to complete an evaluation of that session. Attendees will gain access to session evaluations the day the session takes place.

Where can I find guidelines and information about presenting my poster?
Information about poster requirements and guidelines can be found by logging into the Speaker Resource Center. More details will be available in the coming months.
