My interest is in diagnostic safety in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) - specifically quantification and classification of missed diagnostic opportunities as well as quality improvement interventions to improve diagnosis in the NICU. Clinically I provide service in the Surgical NICU and ECMO teams.
